Terpiłowski Development is a Polish investment and development company engaged in the
construction and sale of houses. As one of the first developer’s companies in the region
it occupied itself with the realization of the typical single-family investments.
The company was established in 1987, in the beginning running the production-service activity
in the field of processing of metals, and then in the plastic materials, running a wholesale
warehouse and logistics of their own products. Diversification of the company’s activity profile
in 1994 represented engagement of the company in the trade of real estates.
It began the main developer’s activity in 2000 investing on its own plots.
At present, the subject of activity of the Terpiłowski Development company is the construction
of housing estates on the territory of the city and within the western borders of Lublin.
The housing estates are characterized by the buildings of single-family type, including:
- detached houses
- semi-detached houses
- terraced houses
- objects of residential type
In autumn 2010 the company enriched its offer by introducing general building and construction services as well as interior finishing.

The history of the Terpiłowski Development logotype:
The inspiration to create the logotype of the company was the gentle coat of arms of the
Terpiłowski family. The ennoblement, that is, bestowing the coat of arms dates back
to the year 1600 (T.Gajl The Polish noble origins and their coats of arms).
Crest of the coat of arms constitutes the archway and hatchet situated on the heraldic
shield. The helmet of "frog’s muzzle" type with the gentle crown having two pearls
and a jewel, which is the symbol of a bird. In the company logotype, for the image’s
transparency, the colouring of ornaments was ignored.
