Decorated in a modern style, the semi-detached house is characterized by its simple and ascetic
solid body. The exposed part of the plane of the facade above the garage is an unconventional,
eye-catching element of the front. The ground floor design includes an open living area, formed
by a kitchen with a convenient pantry, a dining room and a living room with a terrace.
On the ground level, there is also an isolated garage with a small utility room and a toilet.
The attic contains three rooms, each with an exit to a balcony, and a large bathroom.
Two full floors and no bevels on the top floor increase the comfort and offer greater flexibility
in the interior design.
