HOUSING ESTATES OF SINGLE-FAMILY HOUSES: Uniszowice 31, 25The housing estates of detached houses within the western border of Lublin.
Uniszowice are situated 2 km away from the administrative borders of the city. 
The direct access by Nałęczowska or Wojciechowska street to the centre takes about

On the territory of the Uniszowice 31 housing estate are situated at present
22 detached houses. The plan of the housing estate  allows for the realization
of 40 single-family buildings situated in three belts of development with
two access roads inside the housing estate. Parcels: 714 m2, 720 m2, 1000 m2 

Uniszowice 25 is a private housing estate situated 100 m away from the main
housing estate. Eight parcels were allocated within its area. On the three first
parcels were built detached houses, the remaining five are allocated for the
semi-detached development.
